Working across 25,000 properties. The roleReporting into the Operations Manager, you''ll be responsible for the investigation, identification, diagnosis and problem solving of day to maintenance issues raised either internally or by our customers. You''ll own the day to day technical support for your locality, allowing our in house trades delivery teams and external contractors to carry works required at first visit. You''ll also be responsible for:Carrying out inspections as needed prior to, during and on completion of repairs Providing a specification, including scope of works, quantities and budgeted costs and timescale that will resolve maintenance issues reportedEnsuring works are completed safely, to the required standard and specification, in the most effective and efficient manner and to a high level of customer satisfactionMaintaining high quality data within the property systemsEnsuring a detailed local knowledge of customer, asset ..... full job details .....
