Our client manages over 8,000 properties, delivering reactive repairs, void refurbishments and planned maintenance. They are looking for an experienced surveyor with extensive knowledge of diagnosing and managing damp, mould and condensation issues within occupied and void residential properties, with a strong understanding of Awaab''s Law and current social housing compliance requirements. Responsibilities: Carry out damp, mould and condensation surveys to occupied and void properties. Diagnose the root cause of damp and mould issues and produce detailed specifications for remedial works. Identify associated building defects and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
