We are seeking a skilled Repairs Surveyor  to conduct comprehensive surveys of residential properties for our local authority, tio deliver high quality response service to our residents. You will visit our properties, assess a wide range of repair needs, including structural, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues, while ensuring compliance with Awaab’s Law and other relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed surveys of residential properties to identify and document repair requirements. Diagnosing faults accurately and raising clear, effective works orders Ensure repairs are right first time, reducing repeat visits and complaints Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
