The Role We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a successful and collaborative team. The successful candidate will provide on-site supervision for works being undertaken in residential properties, including both occupied homes and voids. This is a key role ensuring health and safety compliance, operational efficiency, and high-quality delivery of services. Key Responsibilities As a Maintenance supervisor you will oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with client instructions. You will supervise operatives and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and adherence to health and safety protocols. As a Maintenance supervisor you will liaise with residents and clients, addressing queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
