The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance team, implement preventative maintenance strategies, ensure health & safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement across plant, equipment, and facilities.This positioni is a hands on 70/30 role  Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day maintenance operations and team performance Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes Ensure compliance with H&S, environmental, and statutory regulations Coordinate equipment inspections, breakdown response, and contractor management Support site improvement projects and energy efficiency initiatives Maintain asset registers and SAP purchase requisitions Essential Requirements HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering IOSH Supervising Safely (or equivalent) Previous maintenance leadership experience within heavy industrial/manufacturing environments Strong communication, organisation, and team leadership skills Good Microsoft Office knowledge Desirab...
