This hands-on role combines maintenance, fault finding, team leadership and continuous improvement activities to ensure plant reliability and minimise downtime. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and support a small team of one mechanically biased and one newly qualified engineer. Manage and develop the Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) programme. Prioritise maintenance activities and coordinate engineering resources. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance. Support production teams with engineering solutions. Maintain compliance, documentation and safety standards. Assist with contractor management and site improvement projects. Requirements Apprentice trained (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering. 17th or 18th Edition qualified.
