The qualified repairs surveyors would ensure that our stock is maintained and repaired to a professional standard, rather than just best endeavours. About You The successful candidate will have the ability to: Inspect and diagnose defects in building fabric/services Produce costed specifications and schedules of work instructions to remedy defects Be responsible for quality and compliance of work delivered by Repairs Team including contractor work and to negate the risk of damage to property and people.
