Maintenance Supervisor

Role: Maintenance SupervisorType: PermanentLocation: LancashireSalary: TBC + Benefits SRG are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a successful and growing client on a permanent basis. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead planned and reactive maintenance activities across a manufacturing site. You will ensure machinery up time, drive continuous improvement and support production teams. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across the siteDiagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC faultsSupport machine/process optimisation and engineering improvementsEnsure all maintenance activity follows safe working systems (including LOTO)Support lean initiatives including 5S and waste-reduction projectsContribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions. Criteria: NVQ Level 3 or equivalentExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systemsExperience in automation, robotics or injection mouldingHands-on fault-finding and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of lean principes (5S, CI, RCA).
