Maintenance Supervisor

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a-Maintenance Supervisor-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a-Maintenance Supervisor-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

As the-Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The-Maintenance Supervisor,-will be responsible for:

• Lead and support a team of 8 engineers across 3 sites, ensuring effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance
• Carry out hands-on mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled maintenance tasks
• Allocate work, provide technical guidance, and support team development
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders

To be successful for this Maintenance Supervisor role you must have:

• Relevant qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical discipline)
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or lead role
• Strong understanding of building services and compliance requirements
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance supervision and technical work
• Experience working across multiple sites or in a similar environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A focus on safety, quality, and service delivery
• A candidate willing to undergo a SC Clearance check to work on this contract
