This manufacturer are a household name with multi-million pound purpose built sites throughout the UK. This role is due to huge investment and growth within the respective site.

This is Monday - Friday days based role with flexible hours. You will oversee a team of Engineers ensuring PPM are planned, scheduled and optimised efficiently. Autonomy will be given to implement processes.

This role would suit a Maintenance or Engineering Manager looking to take a pivotal role in a manufacturing plant with competitive benefits, clear progression and a good job retention.

The Role:

• Maintenance / Engineering Management.
• Responsible for PPM schedule and improving processes.
• 50% Office / 50% Plant.
• Monday - Friday days role (flexi-hours).

The Person:

• Maintenance and Supervisory experience.
• Mechanical and or Electrical background.
• Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, Plant background.
