Electrical Maintenance SupervisorLocation:PortsmouthWorking: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday (with on call) - 7:30am - 4pm Salary: Upto 45,000We''re looking for an Engineering Lead /Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee planned and reactive maintenance across three client sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on supervisory role, combining technical expertise with leadership and compliance responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and deliver electrical maintenance and repair works across multiple client sites.Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is completed in line with schedules and contractual requirements.Lead, manage and support a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with Mitie and site Health and Safety policies.Supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS and site rules.Monitor performance against KPIs and actively participate in training, appraisals, and development activities.Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1 and 2 or equivalent electrical qualification.Ability to obtain SC Clearance.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
