Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is seeking a technically strong, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join a brand-new, flagship PBSA development in London, set to open this year.This is a rare opportunity to be part of a major, high-profile launch - a large scale scheme featuring modern building systems and complex plant infrastructure.Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in leading a small team while remaining hands-on across building systems. This is not a purely supervisory role - you''ll be actively involved in plant, HVAC, and technical maintenance, helping to ensure the asset operates smoothly from day one.If you enjoy problem-solving, taking ownership, and working in a technically advanced environment, this role offers the perfect platform to step up and make a real impact.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support a small team of Maintenance Operatives, allocating tasks and monitoring performanceCarry out hands-on PPM and reactive maintenance, particularly across HVAC, plant rooms, and mechanical systemsDiagnose and resolve faults across fan coil units, pumps, ventilation systems, and building plantConduct routine inspections of plant rooms, communal areas, and building systemsSupport site compliance including fire safety, Legionella checks, and HandS proceduresWork closely with contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely and to a high standardMaintain accurate records on CAFM systems and ensure completion of all tasksCollaborate with front-of-house and ..... full job details .....
