Set the standard for safe working across all maintenance activity. Coordinate planned and reactive work with operations and engineering teams. Lead breakdown recovery efforts to restore plant operations. Apply root cause analysis, FMEA, and RCM to reduce repeat failures. Improve equipment uptime, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair). Resource and deliver shutdown and turnaround work. Manage contractors and monitor their performance on site. Support capital and asset improvement projects. Maintain statutory inspections, workshop, and maintenance documentation.
