This is a hands-on, on-the-tools supervisory position. You will lead the maintenance team while remaining actively involved in fault finding, repairs, preventative maintenance and day-to-day engineering activities across the site. The Role Working within a demanding heavy manufacturing environment, you will supervise the maintenance team and play a key role in keeping plant and machinery operating safely and efficiently.
