Whether you are an experienced supervisor with a control and instrumentation (C&amp;I) background, or a senior instrument technician ready to step into a full supervisory role, you will play a key part in supporting a well-established organisation in the energy sector. You will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance delivery, team performance, and plant reliability on a live, safety-critical site, with a strong focus on instrumentation and control systems. Key Responsibilities    Supervise a multi-discipline maintenance team of technicians and contractors, with a particular focus on C&amp;I.    Drive maintenance performance, safety, and compliance standards across the site.    Plan and manage day-to-day maintenance activities, shutdowns, and outages.
