Maintenance Supervisor

Are you an experienced maintenance supervisor who can manage engineers, keep servicing programmes on track and take ownership of a busy department?IAG Mechanical Ltd operates across heating, HVAC, renewables and building services, delivering contracts in domestic, commercial and public-sector environments. With a significant and growing workload, including long-term contracts across Bradford and the BD postcode areas, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage our Gas, Oil and Mechanical Servicing and Maintenance Department.You will oversee a team of six maintenance engineers, coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring planned servicing, reactive repairs, compliance and associated administration are delivered efficiently and within contractual deadlines.This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established department, with support from an experienced management and technical team.The RoleEngineer Management and Scheduling Supervise and coordinate a team of six maintenance engineers. Plan daily workloads, engineer diaries, appointments and geographical scheduling to maximise productivity. Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM), statutory servicing, reactive repairs and emergency call-outs. Monitor engineer performance, outstanding works and service completion rates.
