Key responsibilities: Lead and support the maintenance team, allocating work and promoting positive team cultureManage planned preventative maintenance and respond to reactive breakdownsEnsure all maintenance activities are accurately recorded using the Agility CMM systemCoordinate servicing schedules, equipment inspections and statutory compliance checksLiaise with contractors, manage spare parts and support the installation of equipmentDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and efficiencyPromote high standards of Health and Safety and ensure compliance across all maintenance activities About you: Previous maintenance experience within manufacturing or engineering environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leader roleStrong mechanical and / or electrical fault-finding and maintenance skillsExperience with planned preventative maintenance and SMMS systemsExcellent organizational, communication and leadership skillsProactive approach to problem ..... full job details .....
