Maintenance Supervisor

Our client provides automated welding, field joint coating, and specialized equipment for global pipeline, energy, and critical infrastructure projects and they are looking to add a Maintenance/ Workshop Supervisor to their existing management team. As Maintenance/Workshop Supervisor you will supervise and support daily workshop operations through active hands-on involvement, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The role is responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing workshop personnel, promoting a positive safety culture, World class housekeeping standards, maintaining productivity, and ensuring operational targets and deadlines are consistently achieved. Supervising and supporting workshop staff and apprentices to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards and operational requirements. Providing hands-on technical guidance, fault finding and troubleshooting support to assist with the completion of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks. Ensuring all health, safety, environmental, and company procedures are consistently followed Monitoring productivity, quality of completed work, and completion of work schedules to ensure deadlines, performance targets, and customer expectations are achieved.
