This is a hands-on role supervising a small maintenance team while carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across industrial machinery and equipment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out PPM, reactive and corrective maintenance. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults. Maintain production machinery and equipment. Fault find on motors, drives, sensors, contactors, inverters/VFDs and PLC-controlled equipment. Maintain conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings and hydraulic systems. Supervise and coordinate a small maintenance team. Plan and prioritise maintenance activities. Ensure PPM schedules are completed on time. Record maintenance activity using a CMMS. Support health, safety and environmental requirements. Identify recurring faults and improve equipment reliability. Work with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime.
