We’re seeking an Engineering Team Leader to join our maintenance operations, responsible for managing a team of up to 7 engineers and contractors. You’ll play a key role in optimising plant performance, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Maintenance Technicians and contractors, ensuring all SHEQ policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure safety, quality, and throughput standards are achieved.
• Collaborate with Process Managers and senior engineers to prioritise plant maintenance and operational activities.
• Plan, schedule, and agree daily/weekly workloads for preventative, planned, and reactive maintenance.
• Oversee all planned and reactive electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical activities, including repairs and cleaning.
• Maintain consistent communication through 1-1s, team meetings, and briefings.
