Maintenance Supervisor

R9 are looking for a dedicated Damp and Mould Supervisor to lead the charge in identifying, investigating, and resolving damp and mould issues across our residential properties.

Salary: -41,000

About the Role

As our Damp and Mould Supervisor, you''ll take ownership of all works related to damp and mould remediation. You''ll ensure that investigations and repairs are carried out to the highest standards-safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on resident wellbeing and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

" Supervise contractors conducting damp and mould investigations and remedial works
" Carry out thorough inspections to identify causes of damp and mould, including condensation and water ingress
" Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations and internal quality standards
" Communicate clearly with residents, explaining causes and planned remedial actions
" Produce detailed inspection reports, including photographic evidence, findings, and recommendations

What We''re Looking For

" Proven experience in property maintenance or building inspection
" Strong understanding of damp and mould issues and their root causes
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
" Ability to manage contractors and ensure quality control
" Attention to detail in reporting and documentation
