Maintenance Supervisor - Industrial Environment

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Day Shift

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in industrial environments?

We''re looking for a proactive and experienced individual to lead our maintenance team, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role:

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you''ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance across our busy industrial facility. You''ll lead a skilled team of engineers and technicians, driving high standards in safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team

   

• Implement and monitor a robust PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) schedule

   

• Respond quickly to breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime

   

• Support continuous improvement projects and reliability initiatives

   

• Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements

   

• Provide training, mentoring, and support to maintenance staff

   

• Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers as needed

   

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader in an industrial or manufacturing environment

   

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge (multi-skilled desirable)

   

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

   

• Experience working with CMMS systems

   

• A recognised engineering qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent)
