Maintenance Supervisor

FBR Construction Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Painting Supervisor to manage a range of painting and decorating contracts for an Maintenance company in Southampton.-

Candidates will be responsiable for supervising teams of carpenters and painters on contracts ranging from domestic occupided properties, voids and local authority buildings.-

Qualifications:

- SSSTS / SMSTS

- First Aid

- DBS preferred but not essential-

Salary: -40,000 to -52,000 per annum-
