Maintenance Supervisor

Catch 22 are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established healthcare facility in Edinburgh on a temporary ongoing.This is a great opportunity to take on a varied role within a values-led organisation where the quality, safety and reliability of the environment is critical to the people who use it every day. You''ll lead a small maintenance team, manage contractors and oversee both planned and reactive maintenance across the site.Key Duties Supervising maintenance staff and contractorsManaging PPM and reactive maintenance activitiesSupporting health and safety and compliance across the siteCoordinating statutory inspections and testingMonitoring building services, plant and equipmentSupporting the upkeep of the grounds and wider estate About You Previous maintenance supervisory experienceGood understanding of building maintenance and complianceExperience managing contractors and maintenance schedulesMechanical, electrical or general building services background - Minimum of NVQ 3 Level is a must haveStrong communication and organisational skillsAble to start immediately and happy working on a temporary on going basisMust be able to drive This is a temporary role that offers a salary of around £42,000 per annum and the chance to join a respected and purpose-led organisation where your work will have a real impact, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position in the future.If interested and available, please apply. ..... full job details .....
