Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Act as the ultimate escalation point for real-time diagnostic support on complex commercial gas systems, industrial boiler plants, space heating, and hot water systems. Team Supervision: Direct, schedule, and dispatch a team of multi-skilled Gas and Mechanical engineers, optimizing daily route planning and reactive call-outs. PPM & Quality Assurance: Oversee the delivery of rigorous planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, conducting on-site technical audits to ensure high workmanship standards.
