This is a hands-on role combining technical maintenance with day-to-day supervision and contractor management. The portfolio is expanding, with more than 20 buildings being onboarded over the next 12 months, creating an opportunity to support a growing maintenance operation. The Role   As the Maintenance Supervisor, you''ll: Supervise and provide technical support to maintenance engineers and specialist contractors. Complete planned maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and reactive repairs. Diagnose technical faults with a strong focus on effective first-time fixes. Manage contractors, site inspections and maintenance-related works. Support preventative maintenance and compliance across the property portfolio.
