Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor-

My client is a leading technical facilities company; due to expansion they are recruiting a maintenance supervisor for a site in Stratford. You will have a technical background either electrical or mechanical, as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.-

Sector: Commercial Building Maintenance-

Duties will include supervising x2 engineers and x1 fabric tech, making sure all ppm''s and reactive maintenance is carried out, updating KPI''s and SLA''s on the cafm system, helping engineers with any technical issues, working closely with the client, reporting back to area managers, plus reports for clients and management, making sure all compliance is up to date, looking after sub-contractors with compliance and permit to works.-

Hours are based 8-5 Monday to Friday-

Salary is up to 55K with company benefits and much more.-
