Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance supervisor based in Swindon. You will come from a technical background either mechanical or electrical with a proven track record in being and supervisor and managing engineers. Sector: Commercial Maintenance Duties will include looking after 9 engineers/technicians, having morning go meetings making sure engineers have correct ppe and know what jobs they have, as well as end of day meeting to see if any problems etc, using maximo CRM system making sure jobs are logged and reports can be run, looking after subcontractors, audits on subcontractors, attending client meeting for technical questions, toolbox talks and general paperwork. Hours 7.45 to 4.45 Monday to Friday. Salary is 45-50K depending on experience, plus company benefits and more.
