The Role:As a Maintenance Supervisor, you''ll lead the day-to-day delivery of reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and lifecycle works, supporting the Maintenance Manager while supervising a team of Maintenance Operatives to ensure high service standards, compliance and operational excellence. What You''ll Be Doing:Allocate and prioritise reactive maintenance, PPM and lifecycle worksSupervise, coach and develop Maintenance OperativesSupport the Maintenance Manager and deputise in their absenceCoordinate contractors and ensure works are completed safely and efficientlyManage compliance, audits, RAMS, Legionella and CAFM recordsDrive KPIs, resident satisfaction and excellent customer service About You:Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader experienceStrong building maintenance and facilities knowledgeExperience managing reactive and planned maintenanceKnowledge of CAFM systems and statutory complianceConfident leading teams and coordinating contractorsOrganised, customer-focused and able to manage multiple prioritiesHappy working shifts, weekends and participating in an on-call rota ..... full job details .....
