Maintenance Supervisor
to oversee and execute all aspects of estate upkeep and facilities maintenance. This is a hands-on role where you''ll be part of a small team, working closely with the Estate Manager and Resident Directors to ensure the property, communal areas, and plant equipment are maintained to the highest standards for an UHNW resident base.The role is ideal for a motivated, solutions-driven professional who thrives in a high-end residential or hospitality environment and is now looking for a stable, long-term opportunity within a highly regarded private estate.Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver both
preventative and reactive maintenance
works across the estate.Manage a robust
PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
programme ensuring compliance, reliability, and safety.Conduct
risk analysis
on key equipment and implement continuity plans for emergency scenarios.Ensure the estate consistently meets
Health and Safety standards , including Legionella control and COSHH regulations.Perform regular
inspections
of buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify any maintenance or safety issues.Maintain a clean and hazard-free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.Oversee the operation of landlord equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.Manage inventory levels and order maintenance supplies and parts as approved.Coordinate and track all maintenance jobs ensuring completion within set timeframes.Provide
monthly maintenance reports
covering ongoing tasks, completed works, and upcoming plans.Support the team with general estate upkeep tasks including cleaning, decorating, gutter clearing, minor repairs, and external checks.Liaise with external contractors and service providers as required.Candidate Requirements:Essential:Experience in a similar
maintenance role within a luxury residential or hospitality setting .Strong organisational skills with the ability to
prioritise and multi-task
under pressure.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage professionally with colleagues, directors, and UHNW clients.A discreet, trustworthy, and security-conscious approach to work.Flexibility with hours and willingness to be
on-call for emergencies .Located within a
30-minute commute
to SW1X.NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in
Plumbing , with relevant experience in commercial/residential settings.IOSH or similar Health and Safety certification .Desirable:Electrical qualifications
or multi-trade background.Understanding of
HVAC systems
and plant operation.Experience managing
budgets, invoices, and reporting .Eligibility and Compliance:Must have the
