This is a brilliant opportunity for a practical, hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys variety and takes real pride in keeping a site running smoothly, safely and looking its best. As part of the onsite facilities team, you''ll be responsible for a broad range of building and facilities maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general repairs. You''ll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot problems and help ensure the site remains safe, functional and well presented. We''re looking for someone who is comfortable being an all-round site maintenance technician rather than specialising in just one area. Hours and On-Call The position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week and fully onsite. There will occasionally be opportunities for additional overtime relating to ad-hoc projects.
