Maintenance Shift Technician
Maintenance Shift TechnicianWe are recruiting for a permanent Maintenance Shift Technician for our Banbury based client. In this role, you will provide maintenance and technical support to assembly operations, helping the team achieve departmental goals and business plan targets. You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks throughout your shift, ensuring plant parameters and set points are monitored, controlled, and consistently maintained.As a Maintenance Shift Technician, you will need to have/be:Time-served mechanical/electrical apprenticeship.IOSH trained.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of MAFACT processes and principles (internal training).Able to work independently and communicate effectively with colleagues across all functions and levels of the business.Experience with preventative maintenance techniques and system controls (CMMS).Understanding of CDM regulations, policies, and best practices.Professional and respectful manner.Strong communication skills.Honest, open, and approachable.Organised, methodical, and reliable.Flexible and adaptable.Safety-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.Positive, personable, and team-oriented.Determined, proactive, and results-driven.Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.Details:Salary: 50, 960Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 2 week shift rotation - Monday to Thursday 6.00am - 4.00pm and 4.00pm - 2.00amLocation: Banbury (fully onsite)Duration: PermanentRole of Maintenance Shift ..... full job details .....
