The Role We are currently recruiting a Shift Maintenance Supervisor Engineer to join our heavy manufacturing operation within the metals industry. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will supervise a small team of multi-skilled maintenance engineers, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, safe working practices, and effective shift delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the reliability of critical production machinery, including furnaces/heat treatment, overhead cranes etc, and associated electrical and mechanical systems.
