Maintenance Services Manager

Client: Our client is a medium sized, privately owned MandE Contractor who operate within central London and the surrounding Home counties. Coming for a refrigeration and air conditioning background, they have been established for over 30 years they benefit from a large amount of repeat business. Typically, these projects range from £200,000 to £4M in the commercial office sector. With a turnover in excess of £25M they have an established a recognized brand, their clientele includes Tier 1 Contractors such as BW, Parkeray, Mace Interiors. As a result of the company s expansion they are looking to take on a Service and Maintenance Manager. Role: Service and Maintenance Manager £80,000 - £85, 000 + Travel + Benefits We are looking for an experienced Service and Maintenance Manager to set up a new department within a leading building services contractor. You will have 2 engineers reporting to you and will work closely with the Office Manager. Your key responsibilities will be to run the service department efficiently; make the department commercially successful; retain customers and develop the business. The role requires a proactive, commercially minded individual with strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and building services, the ability to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment in various environments, excellent organisational skills and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
