The Role:
Plan and coordinate maintenance work for our customers, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and outstanding service. You’ll liaise with Maintenance Technicians, manage customer queries, and support operational and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance jobs, prioritising work and meeting SLAs.
- Be the main customer contact for maintenance-related inquiries.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
- Support team development, track training, and maintain certifications.
- Manage purchase orders, documentation, and invoice queries.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Customer service experience, preferably in hire or sales order processing.
- Ability to solve problems and work collaboratively.
- Positive, flexible attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
- Experience in modular space solutions or manufacturing.
