This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment projects, including kitchen and bathroom installations, general property improvements, and day-to-day repair work. The successful candidate will be practical, organised, and confident using a computer, as the role also involves preparing quotes, sending invoices, scheduling jobs, and keeping projects on track. This is also a temp to perm role, meaning you will be freelance for around 12 weeks before being offered a perm role. Rate is also negotiable if looking for more than -350 per day.
