You will oversee maintenance and small works projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Managing BMS maintenance and small works projects from start to finish Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Reviewing project requirements, drawings, specifications, and technical information Supporting engineers with relevant documentation including wiring diagrams, software, manufacturer data, and technical information Carrying out BMS commissioning, testing, and fault finding where required Completing field wiring checks, control panel checks, functional testing, and controller performance checks Maintaining accurate system records, backups, drawings, and OandM documentation Producing detailed reports and communicating progress with clients Identifying additional works and opportunities for system improvements Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and commercially The Ideal Candidate We ...
