Maintenance Plumber

Maintenance Plumber - Enfield Hospital

Tech-People are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Plumber for a 2 - 3 month contract. 4 days on 4 off paid PAYE -20.20 per hour (umbrella rate is -26.30)

• Location: Enfield Hospital
• 40 hours per week
• Parking: Free on-site parking

The successful Plumber will be carrying out maintenance works within a hospital environment and must have previous maintenance experience.

Duties will include:

• Tap replacements
• Pipe repairs and replacements
• Sink replacements
• Valve replacements
• Using freeze kits and press fit guns
• Water treatment duties
• Legionella (L8) compliance works

Requirements:

• Valid, in-date Basic DBS check (essential)
• Recognised plumbing qualification
• Previous maintenance plumbing experience
• Own hand tools / tools on site as well
• PPE and uniform supplied
• Ability to work independently in a live hospital environment
