This is a Monday-Friday position working a split-shift pattern: 06 30 11 30 The role also includes participation in a weekend working rota of 1 weekend in 4. Purpose: As a Maintenance Plumber at Smart Managed Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring all plumbing building systems are maintained to the highest standard throughout. To carry out PPM tasks and reactive and breakdown works to all plumbing systems within the site. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of Pipework, Hot and Cold-Water Systems and Pumps. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems in commercial building Fix leaks, blockages, and broken fixtures (toilets, taps, sinks, urinals).
