Based in Manchester-and surrounding, you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor installations across a range of commercial sites. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing tasks across multiple commercial sites. Diagnose and repair plumbing faults such as leaks, blockages, valve replacements, and pipework issues. Complete minor plumbing installations where required. Ensure compliance with current health and safety regulations and site security requirements. Accurately complete job reports and documentation using company systems.
