Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add a maintenance plumber to their facilities and estates team.Your new roleYour duties may include:Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial building plumbing systems.Inspect, repair, and replace pipework, valves, fittings, taps, toilets, urinals, and sanitary ware.Maintain hot and cold water distribution systems across various buildings, residences, sports facilities, and other commercial properties.Assist with diagnosis and rectifying plumbing faults, leaks, blockages, and water pressure issues.Work with other trades (electricians, joiners, painters) on multidisciplinary projects.Provide emergency plumbing repairs when requiredWhat you''ll need to succeedYou will need to be fully qualified as a plumber and be able to provide all relevant paperwork.
