This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start.The Role:Deliver high-quality plumbing maintenance across a large commercial siteCarry out reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Repair leaks, blockages, pipework, valves, taps, and sanitary fittingsMaintain water systems, drainage, plant rooms, and external areasParticipate in emergency call-outs and on-call rota when requiredEnsure compliance with HandS, water hygiene, and statutory regulationsLog works via CAFM systemSupport minor installs, refurbishments, and upgrade worksLiaise with subcontractors and issue permits to workRequirements:City and Guilds Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)Commercial/FM experience essentialKnowledge of water regulationsStrong communication skills and proactive attitudeAble to work independently and within a teamWillingness to obtain DBS clearance40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. ..... full job details .....
