You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent as well as proven track record in commercial maintenance. Sector: Commercial Maintenance Retail Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on TMV''s, general pipework copper and pvc, taps, washers, sinks, blockages, replacing toilet furniture, legionnaires checks, tank checks, general ppm''s on fan coil units, changing filters, plant visual checks on pumps, motors as well help out with general maintenance duties and escorting sub-contractors. Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday Salary 41.2K with overtime (if wanted) call out 1 in 8 and company benefits.
