– Job Type: Permanent | Start date: Immediate or notice period | Industry: Maintenance | Location: Edinburgh | Salary: £27,000 | Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pmThis role is for an immediate start in Edinburgh. Training will be provided; prior experience and knowledge of planning is required.Responsibilities

Duties based around the Planning and Coordination of workflow from the HelpdeskPrioritise numerous PPMs. Continuously monitoring the progress of work whilst communicating any delays to the relevant peopleClient call handling and creation of faults on the CMMSSupport on a day to day basis of the CAFM system. In particular, offering Planning and Coordination support to the Team Leaders in the planning office to ensure the effective operation of the planned and reactive maintenance processesResponsible for the day to day monitoring of the CAFM data (PPM and Reactive works) along with the monitoring of associated services data management including reporting and monitoring of all tasks logged on the systemRequirements

Previous experience using CAFM systems (desirable)Planning experienceProven experience within a similar roleDBSHow to apply
