You''re comfortable using data to drive decisions and passionate about developing routines that make maintenance predictable, safe, and world-class.What we are looking for:NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (minimum); HNC/HND or above preferred.Experience planning maintenance activities or projects, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCGKnowledge of maintenance methodologies and continuous improvement principles.Stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and grow team members.Awareness of health, safety, and environmental legislation (IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent desirable).
