Maintenance Planner - Automotive IndustryLocation: SolihullContract: Fixed-TermHours: Double Days (Mornings/Afternoons), 37-40 hrs/weekPay: 38.29/hr + overtime/weekend premiumsSalary Equivalent: 55.2k (37 hrs) / 57.5k (40 hrs)An exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join a leading automotive manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating preventative maintenance activities, supporting operational performance, equipment reliability, and statutory compliance across production facilities.Key Responsibilities- Manage SAP/MAPS preventative maintenance schedules.- Create and update PM plans, frequencies, labour hours, and job plans.- Maintain the PMCR register.- Coordinate statutory inspections and track defect reports through to completion.- Attend planning and PM review meetings, assigning work via SAP.- Support maintenance targets and PM completion rates.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.- Maintain high standards of health and safety.Requirements- NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance Engineering, or a related discipline.- Experience in maintenance planning within an automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environment.- Knowledge of SAP/MAPS or similar maintenance management systems.- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.- Confident communicator with the ability to ..... full job details .....
