Ensure all maintenance activities are fully planned, resourced and scheduled using a structured look-ahead process, enabling efficient execution by technicians and contractors. Drives maintenance predictability, backlog control and continuous improvement through effective use of cmms and scheduling tools, supporting regulatory compliance within a high-hazard COMAH environment. Develop fully detailed job plans and work packs that allow technicians to execute work without further clarification, reducing delays and reactive decision-making in the field. Optimise allocation of internal and contractor resources using forward scheduling and resource levelling to maximise productive maintenance hours. Liaise with third parties and other departments for planning of maintenance activities. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify and prioritise maintenance.
