      <description>Location: Kirkby | Salary: &amp;pound;30000 - &amp;pound;35000/annum | Type: Permanent | DCT Recruitment are looking for a full-time Reactive Maintenance Planner within our busy highways project team based in Merseyside.The client is responsible for delivering highway and infrastructure projects across Merseyside.A suitable candidate will join the senior project teams in leading and contributing to project programmes, schedules, and delivery, as well as long term contracts.Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Able to desktop scope/assess work for Traffic Management Requirements - Will be office based in Kirkby, Knowsley- Able to plan and permit via softwareRequirements:- Previous experience in Traffic Management planning or coordination- Strong understanding of street works permitting processes- Ability to interpret utility drawings and site information- Experience using planning/permitting software (e.g. Street Manager or similar systems)- Strong organisational and time management skills- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)- High attention to detail- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)- Ability to work independently and as part of a team</description>
