The Role As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for: Plan and schedule engineers' daily and weekly workloads. Coordinate service, maintenance and installation appointments. Liaise with customers, engineers and suppliers to ensure smooth job delivery. Monitor job progress and respond to changes or emergencies. Update and maintain job management systems with accurate information. Allocate resources efficiently to maximise productivity. Ensure all relevant job documentation is completed and up to date. Work closely with the operations team to support service delivery and customer satisfaction. Produce reports and assist with administrative tasks where required.
