Applicant Essentials:

• 18th Edition
• Electrical maintenance, testing and repair experience
• Experience with alarm repair and testing
• Some basic knowledge of HVAC maintenance (changing filters etc)
• General maintenance and repair experience
• Clitheroe

Duties:

• Planned and Reactive electrical maintenance
• Testing and inspection
• Maintenance and testing of building alarm systems
• General maintenance and repair i.e changing a tap, repairing a lock, handles, doors etc

Permanent position, -42k43k, Monday to Friday -08.00-4.30
